Joe Freney is the Chief Executive Officer and co-founder of Korvexa Labs.
Joe comes from a construction, project delivery, property, and logistics background, having previously held senior management positions including General Manager, Director, and Senior Project Manager across construction and property businesses.
Through these roles, Joe gained firsthand exposure to the operational pressures faced by organisations, including workforce fatigue, safety risk, and the impact these issues can have on performance and people.
At Korvexa Labs, Joe leads company strategy, partnerships, and enterprise engagement as the company develops workforce risk intelligence technology designed to help organisations detect emerging workforce risks earlier and respond before issues escalate.
