Terms of Service

1. Acceptance
By accessing or using Korvexa you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
2. The service
Korvexa provides a SaaS workforce risk intelligence platform. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service with reasonable notice.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.
4. Acceptable use
You may not use Korvexa to violate any law, infringe intellectual property rights, distribute malware, conduct unauthorised access, or engage in any activity that disrupts or harms the platform or other users.
5. Subscriptions & billing
Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We may change pricing with 30 days' notice.
6. Your data
You retain ownership of all data you upload. You grant Korvexa a licence to process that data solely to provide the service. You are responsible for ensuring you have lawful grounds to process any employee data you upload.
7. Intellectual property
The Korvexa platform, branding, and all associated intellectual property are owned by Korvexa Ltd. No licence is granted beyond what is necessary to use the service.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Korvexa's total liability for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by English law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
