Korvexa offers a SaaS platform for workforce risk analysis. We may update the service with notice.
3. User Accounts
Secure your login details. You're liable for account activity. Report breaches immediately.
4. Permitted Use
Don't use Korvexa for illegal activities, harming others, or violating laws. Respect intellectual property.
5. Payment Terms
Pay monthly or annually upfront. Refunds only as per Australian Consumer Law. Price changes with 30 days notice.
6. Data Handling
Your data is yours. We process it to provide the service. Ensure compliance with privacy laws for employee data.
7. Intellectual Property Rights
Korvexa owns the platform. You get a limited licence for use.
8. Liability Limits
Liability capped at fees paid in the last 12 months, subject to Australian Consumer Law exclusions.
9. Applicable Law
Governed by Queensland Law, Australia. Disputes in QLD courts.
